OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck-by a falling load from an overhead gantry crane.         On or about January 15, 2015, at the machine shop, employees were operating the Yale #PR19 overhead gantry crane without the safety latch on the hook. This condition exposed employees to possible struck-by hazards if a load were to fall off of the hook.
