29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a)Eber Dominguez Construction, 3481 S. Fenton Street, Denver, CO 80227: On and before January 15th, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees conducting roofing work on a three story apartment complex were adequately protected from fall hazards. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 20 feet and greater.
