29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Rig #146, located at SEC 35, TWP 21, R 35, 408 fnl, 1646 fwl, Deerfield, KS 67838; employees engaged in mud mixing were exposed to corrosive burns to the eyes from caustic soda in that an adequate emergency eye was not available. The eye wash bottles provided in the mud mixing area did not provide 15 minutes of continuous flow.
