29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity:    On or about 15 January 2015 The Employer/General Contractor failed to ensure that scaffolds erected at the jobsite had been inspected by a competent person before being released for use by employees. Employer (General Contractor) Failed to prevent employees from using scaffolds that had not been inspected or assembled by a competent person. Exposing employees to fall or struck by hazards.
