29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway trucks must be set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent the trucks from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks: 1.) On 13 February 2015 at CTW-Logistics DBA Banner Logistics it was observed that this employer exposed employees to struck-by, fall from and caught in hazards in the dock areas by not requiring the trucks to place wheel chocks on all trailer tires.
