29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about 14 January 2014, and at times prior thereto, an employee was performing framing activities at the edge of the first story top plate without fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.

On or about 14 January 2014, and at times prior thereto, an employee was using the top step of a 6 foot stepladder to measure the placement of joists, exposing the worker to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet to the floor below.
