29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about January 15, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees were observed performing work activities on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above a lower level and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet. Metal Seams & Tile LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 945572, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4909 E. 41st Street, Tulsa, OK 74135.
