(b) Small Press Room: Employees were exposed to ingoing nippoints and rotating parts as the top and back guards were not installed to the Abdick 9870 2 Color Press. (c) Small Press Room: Employees were exposed to ingoing nippoints and rotating parts as the top and back guards were not installed for the AB Dick 9840 Envelope Press.
