This exposed employees to crushing injuries. (b) In the Press Room; the Landis threader #712 did not have guarding where the rollers came together to put threads on a pipe exposing employees to caught-in hazards. (c) In the Press Room; the Tsugami threader (Model: T-ROL 5D, Date: 1953, No. 185) did not have guarding where the rollers came together to put threads on a pipe exposing employees to caught-in hazards. (d) In the Press Room; the Teledyne threader (S/N: 9776, 16 TFR) did not have guarding where the rollers came together to put threads on a pipe exposing employees to caught-in hazards. (e) In the Press Room; the Landis threader, located next to an exit door, did not have guarding where the rollers came together to put threads on a pipe exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
