29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: In the maintenance shop area, employee using a bench grinder located at Southwest corner in the maintenance shop was exposed to struck-by hazards in that distance between the abrasive wheel and work bench was found to exceed 1/8 of an inch.
