29 CFR 1917.50(a): The employer used a material handling device listed in 29 CFR 1917.50(c) before ascertaining that the device had been certificated, as evidenced by current and valid documents attesting to compliance with the requirements in 29 CFR 1917.50(b). (a) On and on dates prior to January 13, 2015 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from the use of the north dock hoist at 91147 Cape Arago Highway in Charleston, Oregon.
