(b) Maintenance Area: A Wells Metal Band Saw, Model 58B, Serial 11122 was used with approximately 6 inches of the unused portion of the blade exposed. This exposes employees to laceration and amputation hazards. (c) Tremont Nail Production Area: A Cincinnati Conveyor System was utilized without proper guarding.
