29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent: Located at the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy, 3725 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC: On or about 1/14/15, the employer did not record the following workplace injuries correctly on the OSHA 300 Log for calendar year 2014: (a) On or about 10/30/14, a receiving tech bruised both knees and twisted the lower back after tripping over a pallet rack, resulting in 6 days of lost work time and 7 days of restricted work activity. The employer failed to record this information on the OSHA Log. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required

The employer did not record the injury as an other recordable case.
