29 CFR 1926.403(d)(1): Electric equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted:   a)       SW Corner of House, Electrical Service Entrance  On or about 01/16/2015, construction workers were exposed to an electrical contact hazard from an electrical meter and associated cables which were not attached to the side of a house as they are intended to be.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
