On or about January 16, 2015, two employees were exposed to fall hazard of 41 feet to the ground while landing bundles of metal decking throughout the roof (in between Lines A&B and Lines 1&2) ..      b.  On or about January 16, 2015, two employees were exposed to fall hazards of 41 feet while spreading bar joists throughout the roof (in between Lines A&B and Lines 1&2).      c.  On or about January 20, 2015, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet while spreading bar joists throughout the second floor (in between Lines A&B and Lines 1&2)
