29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: (a) 3170 Carlisle Pike New Oxford, PA - A 1000 gallon cylinder of liquid petroleum gas was not protected from vehicle traffic at the back of the building where a dump truck was being loaded, thereby exposing employees to a potential explosion and or fire hazard, on or about January 16, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
