On or about 01/20/2015 employees at the Cumberland Farms construction project were exposed to approximately 15' falls. Employees were engaged in carpentry activities without fall protection. Hayford Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917321, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/30/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Western Boulevard, Glastonbury, CT 06033.
