Condition observed on/or about January 20, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 15 Lombard Court, Staten Island, NY 10312 Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 17' from the roof eave to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about January 20, 2015. All Bridge Contracting Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313980393, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/04/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 3017 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10314.
