Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees working in the cab of an overhead crane with a propane fired portable construction heater. This violation was observed on or about Jan 9, 2015, in bay 6, employees were in use of a propane fired portable construction heater inside of the cab of an overhead crane and were exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards.
