29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(i): The employer shall ensure that each employee using ladders and stairways has been trained by a competent person regarding fall hazards in the work area. (a) Pulido Bros., 905 Tavner Ct., Berthoud, CO 80513: On and before January 14, 2015, the employer did not train employees on the fall hazards associated with ladder use. Employees who use portable ladders during the construction of metal pole buildings were not provided training by a competent to include fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
