29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 01/21/2015, at 5103 University Parkway in Natchitoches, LA (Wendy's Renovation), the employer failed to ensure that employees performing framing activities from an aerial lift at an elevation of approximately 12' - 14' wore fall protection. J & J Construction Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967517, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1018 Grand Caillou Road, Houma, LA.
