29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On the roof at the front of the home where dripping was being installed along the fascia and eave employees were exposed to fall hazards in that no conventional or alternative fall protection was used to protect them from the 16 and 10-foot fall hazards, on or about January 21, 2015.
