29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  Employees were exposed to hazards associated with leaving the facility. The employees were exposed in that directional exit signs were not immediately apparent to direct them to the nearest exit and from keeping them from accidently entering a room that may not lead to an exit, the locations known as:  a) Molding Area  b) Q A Lab Room  c) Employees Break Room

29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place:  The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating the Toyota forklift # 33 in the facility. The employees were exposed in that the control levers which moves the forks was missing the markings to indicate which direction the operator should move the lever(s) to avoid moving it in the opposite direction and striking someone or something.
