29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(8)(vii): After the building owner or employer identified previously installed presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) and/or asbestos containing material (ACM), labels or signs in accordance with the requirements of 1926.1101(k)(8)(iii), 1926.1101(k)(8)(iv)(A), or 1926.1101(k)(6) were not affixed or posted in areas where they would be clearly noticed by employees who are likely to be exposed, so that employees would be notified of what materials contain PACM and/or ACM, and/or the employer did not post signs in lieu of labels: St. Anthony Hotel, Floors 3 and 4: On or about January 7, 2015, and times thereafter, the building owner(s) did not post labels and/or signs at entrances to work areas or at the site of identified previously installed asbestos containing material, where employee exposure to known asbestos containing material was likely to occur from demolition tasks, such as but not limited to, exposure of asbestos containing pipe insulation in hotel rooms undergoing renovation.
