On or about 1/29/2015, at the warehouse area, a Raymond Tugger, Model# 1137M-FRC60L, Serial# 113-99-2526188, was left unattended by the operator.  In addition, the forks had not been lowered.      2.  On or about 1/29/2015, at the warehouse area, a Barrett Tugger, illegible Model/Serial number, was left unattended and the forks had not been lowered.  The forks were approximately 3 1/2 inches from the floor.    3.  On or about 1/29/2015, at the battery charging area, a Barrett Tugger, Model#RPXT2W2GBOB, Serial#2W213-0311416, had forks that were not fully lowered.  The forks were approximately 4 inches from the floor.
