Employees were exposed to an approximately 16 foot fall hazard while accessing the roof.  c.  The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, February 27, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6), issued as citation 1, item 3b, and described as follows: Located at the Trotters Gate Apartments Clubhouse, employees were using an unsecured 20 foot fiberglass extension ladder that was leaning into the corner of the building to access the roof, exposing employees to a maximum fall hazard of approximately 16 foot.
