29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  At the repair shop  employees engaged in gunsmith activities using the equipment listed below were exposed to struck-by and caught in between hazards in that the machines were not provided with point of operation guards.  1)  Shop area, at the North West corner of the repair shop, the Bridgeport milling machine.  2)  Shop area, at the North Side of the repair shop, the Rockwell drill press.
