29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(5)(i): The employer did not record and maintain the information on the sharps injury log in such a manner as to protect the confidentiality of the injured employee: BONNER SPRINGS NURSING & REHABILITATION CENTER, 520 E. Morse Ave, Bonner Springs, KS. 66012: On and before 1/23/15 the employer did not conceal employee identity on the 2012 log when the employee suffered a medically private injury from a contaminated needle-stick. The employer did not report the needle-stick injury as a privacy case.
