29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: Jobsite Employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet, while applying roofing materials to a new residential construction, where fall protection had not been used or provided. Instance 1) Two Employees roofing were exposed to falls from a height of 10 feet 7 inches. Instance 2) Four Employees roofing were exposed to falls from a height of 31 feet 3 inches. Two Employees were installing roofing materials, and two other Employees were bringing roofing materials from the ground, up ladder's, to the roof.
