29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: On or about January 22, 2015, the safety monitor on site was performing tasks that removed the monitor's attention away from the safety monitor duties. Gary Brown Roofing & Siding Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313135329, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 9/27/2010, and was affirmed final order on 3/10/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705.
