29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: At the job site 2101 South 21st Street, Parsons, Kansas, employee was operating a press brake that was not designed to prevent the operator from having parts of his body in the danger zone when it operated. Employee was exposed to caught between and crushing hazards as the press was actuated.
