29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use including but not limited to the following:     (i)  Procedures for selecting respirators     (ii)  Medical evaluations of employees required to use respirators     (iii)  Fit testing procedures for tight fitting respirators     (iv)  Procedures for proper use of respirators in routine and reasonably foreseeable emergency situations     (v)   Procedures and schedules for cleaning, disinfecting, storing , inspecting, repairing, discarding, and otherwise maintaining respirators     (vii) Training of employees in the respiratory hazards to which they are potentially exposed in routine and emergency situations     (viii)  Training of employees in the proper use of respirators, including putting on and removing them, any limitaitons on their use and their maintenance     (ix)   Procedures for regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the program      (a)  At the facility, on or about 1/21/2015:  The employer had not implemented a respiratory protection program with implementation of the above required procedures and elements where the spray painter used a half face elastomeric cartridge respirator for protection from particulates and organic vapors.     Abatement certification must be submitted.
