29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about January 21, 2015 the employer failed to develop and implement at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes the chemical hazards present in the facility including but not limited to: hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, ammonium hydroxide, nickel sulfate, copper sulfate, sodium hydroxide, nickel chloride, potassium hydroxide, and phosphoric acid. Hazards associated with these chemicals include but are not limited to: corrosive to the skin and lungs, lung irritation and sensitization, target organ toxicity, mutagenicity, and carcinogenicity.
