29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about January 22, 2015 at worksite 4101 E 105 Terr, Kansas City, Missouri-. Employees were exposed to serious fall hazards in that they had not been trained in fall hazard recognition and the proper installation or use of the equipment, procedures and systems designed to mitigate those hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item. Use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

No abatement certification needed for this item.
