29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.  a) 3 North 35th Avenue, Longport NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Company employees were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards when working from framing structure without proper fall arrest system observed, on or about 1/23/15.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection.  a) 3 North 35th Avenue, Longport NJ: Employees were exposed to fall protection were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 18 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing less than 6 feet from the unprotected edges of the upper floor of a new residential building. Condition observed on or about 1/23/15.
