LGT Restoration & Waterproofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909876, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Main Street, Dover, NH 03820.

Site- An employee working from a tubular welded frame scaffold was not protected from a fall hazard where an access ladder for the scaffold was not provided and the employee was climbing the scaffold frames.    LGT Restoration & Waterproofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909876, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Main Street, Dover, NH 03820.
