29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: a. The employer did not ensure that electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, that the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts was not less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910. This violation occurred on or about January 21 , when the electrical service panels for the air conditioning unit in the Digital Area of the building did not have at least three (3) feet of clearance in the direction of access as required in Table S-1. The employer Hauser Printing Co., Inc. DBA Garrity Print Solutions, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909093, citation number 01, item number 04 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 109 Research, Harahan, LA 70123.

This violation occurred on or about January 21, 2015 when an outlet box in the Pre-Press Print area under a work station was not secured in the wall, allowing it to hang out of the wall.
