29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts: a) On or about 1/21/15, J&J snack Food Corp, Production Area, Dough Room, Line 4 adjacent to the flour tray: Ingoing nip points and rotating parts were not guarded on the belt, roller and rotating shaft. On 1/21/15 an employee reached under the conveyor to remove a tote and was pulled into the machine. b) On or about 1/23/15, J&J snack Food Corp, Production Area, Dough Room, Line 5; adjacent to the flour tray: Ingoing nip points and rotating parts were not guarded on the belt, roller and rotating shaft.
