29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Newark, NJ Employee was lifted by aerial lift to remove decorations from without personal fall arrest equipment. Violation observed on 1/22/2015. Illuminations by Arnold Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314675901, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/14/2011.
