29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: In the dry cleaning and laundry press area at 236 Mechanic Street Southbridge, MA: On or about January 23, 2015, the employer had not developed, implemented or maintained a written hazard communication program and employees who are potentially exposed to various hazardous chemicals including perchlorethylene and sulfite containing cleaners were not trained on, and did not have access to, Safety Data Sheets for the hazardous materials used in the work area.
