29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a). Worksite located at 8051 N. Denver Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking directly beneath employees who were installing guardrail systems on the edge of the building. Employee working below was not wearing any means of head protection.
