29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied: Jobsite: Buildings A & B Exits were blocked and obstructed. Instance A: the rear exit at the east end of Building A was obstructed by the location of a temporary electrical panel immediately adjacent to the exit door. Instance B: the front exit at the west end of Building B was blocked off.
