29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2): 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At the jobsite, on the 3rd floor deck, on or about 1/23/15:  Employees were constructing a deck onto truss joists, spaced 20 inches apart, exposing them to falls of 10 feet to the lower level when working inside the building footprint, and falls of 23 feet to ground when at the building edge.  Work was performed without fall protection of any kind.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
