29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about 1/26/2015, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee amputated two fingers on his right hand while operating a table saw without a guard installed on the table.
