29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On The east side of the Boll Weevil Circle, Enterprise, AL: On January 26, 2015 and at times prior to; The employer exposed 2 employees to falls of approximately 12 feet while applying asphalt shingles to an 10:12 pitch roof of a new construction, commercial building.
