29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Greenwood Village residence: On or about January 23, 2015, and at times prior, two workers were not wearing a harness and had no other means of fall protection while exposed to falling more than 10 feet to ground level. b) Greenwood Village residence: On or about January 23, 2015, and at times prior, two workers were connected to the same temporary roof anchor while exposed to falling approximately 20 feet to ground level. c) Greenwood Village residence: On or about January 23, 2015, and at times prior, one worker wore his body harness with the chest strap disconnected while exposed to falling approximately 20 feet to ground level. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
