29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Greenwood Village residence: On or about January 23, 2015, and at times prior, two workers were not wearing a harness and had no other means of fall protection while exposed to falling more than 9 feet to ground level. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
