29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):  a)  The Workshop - The area had three doors that were not marked that could be mistaken for an exit in the event of an emergency.  One leads to a restroom, one leads to the HVAC closet, and one leads to the office.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training consisting of a combination of formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, interactive computer learning, video tape, written material), practical training (demonstrations performed by the trainer and practical exercises performed by the trainee), and evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace.    a)  The Workshop - Employees were required to operate a forklift and the employer did not provide training to the employees on the forklift's safe operation.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    a)  The workshop - The employer used a flexible extension cord to power the cut-off saw, used to cut manufactured metal pipe, in lieu of permanent wiring.  The extension cord ran across the floor creating a trip hazard.
