29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks were driven up to employees standing in front of benches or other fixed objects: Worksite located at Pile 1-24H, Crescent, OK 73028. On or about January 22, 2015, a powered industrial truck was driven up to an employee who was standing in front of the fixed framework of the catwalk on Dan D Drilling Rig #6. The employee was exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards.
