29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about at 1/28/15 located at 240 Stonebrier LN., Alpharetta, GA: Employees were framing a house with lumber and floor joist while on the first and the second floor as joist and lumber were sung overhead as employees were working below, without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.

On or about at 1/28/15 located at 240 Stonebrier LN., Alpharetta, GA:  Employees were observed installing floor joist and 2x4s on a house while using a pneumatic nail gun and using  the skill saw without safety glasses.

Employees were operating a pneumatic nail gun and a skill saw without safety glasses. Employees were working below workers overhead without hardhats.
